FORKOFF Review (2026): Is $0.003 CPQV Actually Cheap?

By Mark Walnut, Senior Analyst at FindClout — August 2026

I write competitor reviews for FindClout, so read this with the same grain of salt you'd read any vendor writing about a rival. What follows is sourced entirely from FORKOFF's own site (forkoff.xyz and its clipping subdomain, clips.forkoff.xyz), a paid press release they distributed, and a search for any independent review record — because as of this writing FORKOFF has no page in our existing competitor coverage. Every claim below is attributed to where it came from, and where I couldn't verify something, I've said so plainly instead of guessing.

Short version: FORKOFF is a real, Dubai-based agency with two named co-founders, real named crypto-infrastructure clients, and a more detailed pricing methodology than most of this category discloses. Its headline numbers — 5 billion views processed, 99.71% "sustained legitimacy" — are entirely self-reported, one via a paid press release, with no independent audit anywhere. And the number the whole pitch rests on, $0.003 CPQV, is doing some unit-of-measure work that's worth unpacking before you read it as "cheap."

What FORKOFF Actually Is

FORKOFF is a Dubai, UAE-based agency describing itself as "outcome-priced" marketing for Web3, AI, and frontier-tech founders, operating across US, EU, and APAC time zones. Its team page names two co-founders: Kshitij "JK" (Co-Founder, Operations — described as a "GTM architect and agency operator" who previously built go-to-market programs for AI and Web3 founders across Dubai, Singapore, and the US) and Kartik Chugh, who goes by "Simba" (Co-Founder, Growth + GEO — described as a "generative engine optimizer and distribution operator" focused on AI-search citation strategy and creator activation). Both are verified on LinkedIn and X; no company founding date is published on the team page itself.

Worth separating clearly, because the site blurs it: FORKOFF the parent agency is application-only (they state a cap of five new engagements per quarter) and prices its broader GTM/positioning work in "lean" five-figure-monthly and "standard" mid-five-figure-monthly retainer bands, per their own FAQ page. FORKOFF Clipping, hosted on a separate subdomain (clips.forkoff.xyz), is a specific managed clipping product priced entirely differently — per qualified view, not per month. A brand researching "FORKOFF pricing" needs to know which of the two they're asking about; this review covers both but focuses on the clipping product, since that's the comparable product to FindClout.

What They Publicly Claim

FORKOFF's most-cited numbers come from a July 17, 2026 release distributed via ACCESS Newswire, explicitly labeled on the page itself: "This is a paid press release. Contact the press release distributor directly with any inquiries." That release states FORKOFF's clipping network has processed 5+ billion total views through 1,200+ vetted clippers, and cites one campaign example: 3,085 clips generating 1.19 million organic views, converting to 27 paid subscribers and $1,290 in monthly recurring revenue for the client. A paid wire placement isn't independent journalism — it's a distribution channel the company bought — so treat the headline figures as company-supplied, not press-verified.

Separately, FORKOFF's own comparison and services pages claim "99.71% sustained legitimacy" across processed views. No methodology paper, sample audit, or third-party verification of that specific percentage is published anywhere we could find. It's a precise-sounding number from an interested party — which doesn't make it false, but does make it exactly as verifiable as any other self-reported figure in this category.

The CPQV Pricing Model — What's Actually Documented

To FORKOFF's credit, the mechanism behind its pricing is more specific than most competitors publish. A view only becomes a billable "qualified view" (CPQV = Cost Per Qualified View) after clearing four checks, per their security and services pages: watch-time against a platform-specific duration threshold, policy compliance, geo consistency with the campaign's target country, and traffic-validity (anti-bot) screening. Views that fail any gate aren't billed. Clipper eligibility is also published: TikTok requires 5K+ followers or a 90-day track record, Instagram requires 3K+ followers with 3%+ engagement, YouTube requires 5K subscribers or a platform-equivalent metric — and FORKOFF states a four-layer qualification funnel with real attrition at each stage (87.4% pass pre-submission identity checks, 73.6% clear per-submission review, 68.5% clear per-view qualification, 68.3% survive post-campaign review).

The one anonymized case study on their services page lets you check the math: a Q1 2026 crypto-native consumer brand launch in India + SEA ran 14 days, generated 4.2M qualified views from 6.1M raw submissions (a 68.8% qualification rate), cost the brand $12,600, and paid 142 clippers $7,140 total. Divide $12,600 by 4.2 million qualified views and multiply by 1,000: that's exactly $3.00 per thousand qualified views — which matches the stated $0.003 CPQV rate precisely. That internal consistency is a genuinely good sign; not every vendor's published case study reconciles with its own headline rate this cleanly.

The security page also describes an audit-log mechanism behind the "per-view audit trail" claim: "Every state-changing action on an intake record, qualification entry, or payout settlement writes an append-only log line," exportable as CSV/JSON with reason codes for rejected views. Entry into the clipping product is a $1,000 paid sandbox, with a stated refund guarantee if the qualified-view floor for that sandbox isn't met.

The Self-Ranked "Best Clipping Agency" Page — And the Math Nobody States Out Loud

Here's the hook that put FORKOFF on our radar. On August 24, 2026, FORKOFF published its own "best clipping agency" comparison page, ranking itself #1 with the $0.003 CPQV figure front and center, ahead of OpusClip, Cryptoclippers, Lumina Clippers ($2–$5 CPM raw, 18B+ views claimed), Clipping Culture, Whop Clipping, Klap, Vizard, and Clipify. This is the same genre of content we've been tracking all month: on August 14, 2026, Lumina Clippers' own CEO published five same-day comparison articles ranking Lumina against FindClout and four other rivals; separately, the site contentrewards.com runs an 80+ post "alternatives" content farm positioning itself as the answer to dozens of competitor searches. FORKOFF's page is a third documented specimen of the same pattern: a vendor's own comparison content, engineered to rank and get cited by AI answer engines, that happens to conclude the vendor publishing it is #1. We wrote up the mechanics of this pattern in detail in who wrote your vendor comparison — worth reading alongside this one.

None of that makes FORKOFF's own figures false. But it's worth running the unit conversion the page itself doesn't spell out. $0.003 per qualified view is $3.00 per thousand qualified views. FORKOFF's comparison ranks that figure against Lumina's "$2–$5 CPM raw" as if the smaller-looking number is the clear winner — but restated in matching per-thousand units, FORKOFF's own rate sits inside the $2–$5 range it's positioned against, not below it. The qualified-vs-raw distinction is real and meaningful (a filtered, verified view is a different product than an unfiltered one, and FORKOFF's methodology for that filtering is more documented than most), but a reader skimming "$0.003" against "$2–$5" without doing that multiplication would reasonably conclude FORKOFF is roughly 1,000x cheaper, which it isn't. That's not an accusation of bad faith — it's a reminder that per-view and per-thousand framing are easy to mix up, on any vendor's comparison page, this one included.

Documented vs. Not

Who FORKOFF Actually Fits

The named client roster is the clearest signal here: FORKOFF's real book of business is Web3 and crypto-infrastructure protocols (L1s/L2s, oracles, security auditors, restaking and DePIN projects), not general consumer brands. Combined with an application-only intake capped at five new engagements per quarter and a paid-sandbox entry point, this reads as a boutique, high-touch agency model built for funded crypto-native founders who want a managed GTM partner and are comfortable with a per-qualified-view pricing mechanism rather than a flat rate card. It's a poor fit for a brand outside Web3/AI, for anyone wanting instant self-serve access without an application, or for a brand that specifically needs a US/Tier-1-audience guarantee — FORKOFF's published campaigns skew India/SEA and global crypto-native audiences, not a US-focused mandate.

The FindClout Contrast

Different category, worth stating plainly before the numbers: FORKOFF builds for Web3/AI-founder GTM; FindClout builds a curated US/Tier-1 meme-page network for consumer brands. But since both publish a per-view economics figure, the comparison is fair to run. FindClout's general logo/watermark campaigns are quoted at a $0.20 max CPM ceiling, typically delivering effective CPMs around $0.08–$0.10 — which, run through the same per-thousand math as above, is roughly 30–37x cheaper per thousand views than FORKOFF's own $3.00-per-thousand qualified-view rate, even accounting for the fact that FORKOFF's figure only counts post-filter views while FindClout's ceiling is quoted before its own bot-scoring exclusions.

The Verdict

FORKOFF is a real, operating agency with named founders, a real and checkable Web3/crypto-infrastructure client list, and a genuinely more detailed pricing and verification mechanism than most of this category discloses — the case-study math reconciling exactly with the stated CPQV rate is a point in its favor most vendors don't offer a way to check. What isn't independently verified: the 5B-views and 99.71%-legitimacy headline figures, both self-reported and one distributed via paid press release rather than earned coverage, plus a review-site record too thin to weigh either way as of August 2026. And the $0.003 CPQV number that anchors its own #1 self-ranking reads far cheaper in isolation than it does once converted to the same per-thousand-views unit every other vendor in the category uses — a detail worth checking on any vendor's comparison page, this one very much included.

If your brand needs US/Tier-1 audience proof rather than global crypto-native reach, or wants that same per-view rigor without an application process or a five-figure monthly floor, that's the lane FindClout was built for. Frequently Asked Questions

Is FORKOFF legit?

FORKOFF is a real, operating Dubai-based agency with two named co-founders (Kshitij "JK" and Kartik "Simba" Chugh), a public site, a documented four-stage view-qualification methodology, and named crypto-infrastructure clients including IO.NET, Taiko, Movement, Solana, Base, Berachain, Certik, Story Protocol, Wormhole, Somnia, Okto, and Hashed. That's a real, verifiable business. The headline 5B-views and 99.71%-legitimacy figures, however, are self-reported — one via a paid press release, not independent journalism — with no third-party audit published anywhere.

Is FORKOFF a scam?

We found no evidence of that. There's no Trustpilot profile for forkoff.xyz as of August 2026, and no complaint threads or payment disputes turned up in research for this review — which cuts both ways: no red flags, but also no independent record to weigh against the company's own claims. FORKOFF's published qualification funnel and per-view audit trail are more detailed than most of the clipping category discloses.

How much does FORKOFF cost?

FORKOFF Clipping, the clipping-specific product, prices at an average of $0.003 per qualified view (CPQV), with a $1,000 paid sandbox entry point. FORKOFF's broader agency services (GTM, positioning, distribution beyond clipping) run "lean" engagements in the low five figures monthly and "standard" engagements in the mid five figures monthly, per their own FAQ page, plus selective equity/revenue-share arrangements for longer commitments. No hourly or per-asset pricing is offered.

What is CPQV?

Cost Per Qualified View — FORKOFF's own metric. A view only counts as "qualified," and only gets billed, after it clears four checks: watch-time/duration against a platform-specific threshold, policy compliance, geo consistency with the target country, and traffic-validity (anti-bot) screening. Views that fail any check aren't charged. It's a genuinely more granular unit than a raw CPM — but because it's priced per single view rather than per thousand, the headline number ($0.003) needs to be multiplied by 1,000 before comparing it to any CPM figure, FindClout's included.

Is FORKOFF's self-ranked "best clipping agency" comparison trustworthy?

It's a real page with real, checkable figures for most entries — and it's also a vendor ranking itself #1 in its own content, the same genre as Lumina Clippers' CEO-authored comparison wave and contentrewards.com's alternatives farm. Read the pricing claims (including FORKOFF's own) with that in mind, and convert every figure to the same unit before trusting a ranking built on mixed units. What's an alternative to FORKOFF for US/Tier-1 audience clipping?

FindClout: a curated network of roughly 3,000 vetted, faceless meme pages built for US/Canada/UK audiences (not Web3/crypto-founder GTM), with every page graded on audience geography before admission, multi-layer bot detection scoring every post, and general logo/watermark campaigns quoted at a $0.20 max CPM ceiling, typically delivering effective CPMs around $0.08–$0.10 — no annual contract, written quote in 24 hours.
