A few notes on reading the table:
- Clipping.net sets the method per campaign. Its terms list "PayPal, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, Cashapp, Zelle" and say the method is decided by the campaign, with no alternatives offered. They also say there is no withdraw button: payments go out when the sponsor closes a cycle.
- Whop documents payouts "to your bank account, mobile wallet, or crypto wallet in over 200 countries". Its PayPal note applies to sellers whose customers paid with PayPal, so do not assume a PayPal withdrawal for Content Rewards earnings; check the withdraw screen in your account. - Vues says a "small processing fee on withdrawals" is shown before you confirm, and that a minimum withdrawal applies; the amount is not on the homepage.

Commercial payments are priced on PayPal's merchant fee page, and many platforms pay the sending fee themselves. The fee most clippers outside the US actually feel is the currency conversion: 3% on every dollar converted, which is often larger than the platform's own withdrawal fee.
Holds
PayPal says new sellers may have payments held for up to 21 days, and that it reviews accounts regularly to release funds faster once there is a positive history and a confirmed identity. PayPal's own Payouts documentation lists which countries can receive payouts, and some large clipping markets are not on it, including Pakistan, Nigeria and Bangladesh. There is no universally best rail. If you live in a country PayPal serves well and you spend in dollars, PayPal is convenient. If you convert every payout to a local currency, compare the total conversion cost of each option on a real amount before you choose.
What to do if your PayPal payout is held
- Check the reason in PayPal first. Log in and look at the options shown under your balance; PayPal states why funds are held and what releases them.
- Complete verification. Confirm identity, link a bank and add any documents PayPal asks for. Most holds on new accounts lift faster once this is done.
- Keep your paper trail. Save the campaign brief, your approved submissions and the platform's payout notice. If PayPal asks what the payment was for, that is your answer.
- Tell the platform. Support can confirm the payout was sent and, on some platforms, resend to another method if yours stays blocked.
